Our Mission & Story

Scaling a business is a race against complexity. But too many make a critical error: they buy an ERP to fix their operational problems, and then fall into the dependency trap of the traditional SI model.

The result? Failed roll-outs, over customised set-ups, fragmented data, and spiralling consultancy costs to maintain a system out of your control.

Our mission is to rescue your architecture, optimise your data, and ultimately build your internal capability so that you own the outcome.

After five years headhunting directly for customers ERP implementations, a systemic failure became obvious. Fast-moving SaaS and Services companies were being treated like cash cows. They were trapped in open-ended contracts that prioritised billable hours over outcomes.

Struo was built to break that cycle.

We formed the ERP Collective - a vetted network of active independent ERP experts and ex-SI Architects who left the traditional SI’s to deliver value direct to customers.

We operate on an unbiased, honest model: fixed-price deliverables, no endless time and materials, and absolute transparency.

Founder & CEO Joe Hamblin

My journey in the ERP market started in technical recruitment, scaling the internal teams behind some of the globe’s fastest-growing SaaS & Services businesses. That view point showed me exactly where ERP implementations fail.

Today, I act as a strategic advisor to PE-backed CFOs and Senior Execs. Using a lean, tech-first model, I help mid-market companies bypass traditional SI costs, deploying elite, fractional architects to fix the system and hand back the keys.
